Why is my coupon not working?
The cart tells you the reason — usually the minimum order value, a first-order rule or the usage limit.
Updated 3 Oct 2026
When a coupon cannot be applied, the cart shows the reason. The usual ones are:
- Minimum order value — add items worth the amount shown to qualify.
- First order only — for example WELCOME10 works on your first order only.
- Already used — most coupons can be used a limited number of times per customer.
- Expired or fully redeemed — the offer has ended.
- Free delivery already applies — your order is above ₹499, so there is no delivery fee to waive.
If a coupon was valid when you added it but your cart has since changed, it is removed from the total and the cart explains why.
