How do Divine Canvas Coins work?

Earning

• 1 coin for every ₹100 you pay for items (after discounts; delivery and COD fees do not count).
• Coins are credited when the order is delivered and become usable once the return window closes.
• 50 coins when you verify your e-mail address.
• 25 coins for each approved review, up to 5 reviews a month.
• Referral rewards — see “Refer and earn”.

Redeeming

• 1 coin = ₹1 at checkout.
• Redeem at least 50 coins, in whole coins, for up to 20% of the item total.
• Coins cannot be used to buy gift cards.

Expiry and returns

Coins expire 12 months after they are credited, oldest first; coins expiring within 30 days are highlighted in Account → Coins. If you cancel or return an order, the coins it earned are reversed and coins you redeemed on it come back as coins.
