When will I get my refund?
Divine Canvas wallet: instantly. Original payment method: 5–7 business days after the refund is initiated.

- To your Divine Canvas wallet: instantly.
- To your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking): 5–7 business days after the refund is initiated, depending on your bank.
- Cash on delivery orders: always refunded to the Divine Canvas wallet.
When is the refund initiated?
- Cancelled prepaid order: immediately when you cancel.
- Returned item: on the day the item passes the quality check at our warehouse, usually 1–2 working days after pickup.
The order page has a refund tracker that shows each stage with its date. For a prepaid order you can also choose the Divine Canvas wallet when you raise the return, if you would like the money instantly.
The total refunded on an order can never be more than the amount you paid.
